The Research Topic: Mediation in Divorce in the Context of Domestic Violence

This research focuses on the subject of mediation in divorce proceedings when domestic violence exists between spouses.

The purpose of mediation, as well as other alternative dispute resolution methods, is to provide a framework for resolving conflicts between spouses during divorce, while fostering dialogue and aiming to reach an agreement through peaceful means.
